Tomorrow (technically today) I'm treating Rudy and myself to X-Men. I've never seen any of the X-Men movies, and of course this is a travesty to him. Things are roughly starting to take shape. The Jive Aces, a swing band from the UK, came and performed at Midtown Stomp on Friday and here is an awesome video my friend Sal made of the night. I am in it at around 1:53, doing the Shim-Sham. :)

I got invited to be part of a lindy hop dance troupe, and I had my first experience practicing with them yesterday! It was a lot of fun. :) Us new people (me, Cannic and Stephen) were taught about half of the routine "Skirts", which is what you see the troupe performing at the Jazz Festival in this video:
